losing your tooth

My sister lost her tooth yesterday. The funniest thing is my sister lost her tooth while drinking her juice! How many times does that happen?

Softball

Spring Softball has started! I am so excited! My first game was Sunday. We lost 0 to 21 I think. But that isn't what I am so excited about. Yesterday, Tuesday, I wacked the ball way out in the field and I ran to 1st base. Then the person after me was the third out so I couldn't get to 2nd, 3rd, or home. Even though we didn't win we played a lot better. My friends who pitch did very well. I can't wait until the next game.

Makenna is also playing. They hit from a T. They are cute, but the parents yell "Pay attention" alot during the games. My dad is the coach. Makenna made friends with every girl on the other team who came to her base- she was talking and visiting with them.

When we are playing, Holden cheers us on- shouting "YEAAAAAAAA". When I go see him at games he waves at me and says "BA!"

TAKS Test

It's that time of year again...TAKS time. For all you folks out there who don't know about TAKS, it is tests to see what you know. Since I'm in 4th grade I take 3 tests. Yes- 3 TESTS!! 1st, we had the writing TAKS in March. Then, we did the math TAKS yesterday. And then the reading test was today. TAKS days are different than other days. We don't have recess, no specials, and parents can't come up for lunch- isn't that tragic?? We have to stay in the room and not get up all day. When you finish you get to read books or take a little nap- all day long. And I finished my test in the morning!! I read 2 Magic Treehouse books today, so it was a pretty good day. I am glad I am not a 5th grader, though- they still have to take a test tomorrow! I am done!!

The Climbing Chair

I have a chair that my brother loves to climb! One day he made an attempt to climb it. So from then on he has been climbing on it every day! He does every cute and funny thing I can imagine! Such as crowling and standing up in it. Funniest thing is it is a girly-girl chair! But he doesn't care!
